I had 3 SRT sessions with Sahara, just the right amount to go into depth. Every session was very unique - Sahara was able to shed light into some very old and complex issues that had very remote causes where no one would normally get to. Some of my issues had been following me all of my life...Sahara was the first person who could help me to dissolve, transform and release them. I feel tons lighter and freed from a huge burden. I had an SRT session with Saharah & immediately after I noticed a feeling of spaciousness & like something was different. I then had one of the best sleeps I've had in years & since I've battled insomnia for almost a decade that blew me away. Lately, when waking up I often began to cry but the next morning there was a silence in my mind, it felt weird (good weird) to have so much peace & quiet. Sahara is a uniquely gifted healer as she has the capacity to work in multiple realms simultaneously. I always need deep tissue release, but she also tunes into the subtle energy system and does clearings and often receives profound psychic messages that are invaluable for unlocking deeper issues. It is like having two sessions at once and I haven't really experienced this anywhere else.
